CHAPTER 7 – HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM ON BRANDSDISTRIBUTION

Sometimes it happens that customers are not satisfied with their purchases, especially when they shop online as they can’t try out the products before buying them. For this reason, you may have to handle product returns.

Let’s see how to send a return request on Brandsdistribution!

It is possible to send a return request within 20 days from the product reception.

The procedure is easy and fast: you just have to send the request then wait for our confirmation.

 

Here is the standard return procedure to follow

1. To send the request go to “My profile” section

2. Select “My Orders”

 

3. Click on “Return request” for the product you wish to return.

 

 

4. Select the reason for return from the drop-down box

 

 

Just in case of a damaged or a wrong product, you have to send a picture of it to info@brandsdistribution.com

5. Then, click on “Send request”

 

 

Within 24h you will receive an email confirmation from our Customer Care Service, containing the essential information to return your order:

  • ORDER NUMBER
  • RETURN REQUEST CODE
  • ADDRESS OF THE WAREHOUSE WHERE TO SEND THE RETURN PRODUCT

 

You must send that information to the final customer who has to print the RETURN REQUEST CODE and enclose it in the return box.

 

Within 15 days from when we receive the merchandise we will issue a CREDIT NOTE that you can use for future purchases.
